Why
Why BITFUC exists
Bitcoin showed that electronic cash can work without a trusted bookkeeper: keys, a UTXO ledger, and a most-work chain. That construction succeeded. As it succeeded, much of how people use it moved into institutions — custodians, brokers, funds, regulated rails. That is ordinary. It is also not the same as running the cash machine yourself.
BITFUC is for the second case. It is a small, independently identified instance of the same idea: you compile a node, you hold the keys, you peer with others, you mine or you don’t. This website is a brochure. It never holds your coins.
What this is
- An open cash network with its own genesis, ports, and
fuc1…addresses — not Bitcoin, not merge-mined with Bitcoin. - No founder allocation at genesis. Coins enter only as mature mining rewards and transfers.
- CPU-oriented proof of work (RandomX) and ~2-minute blocks, with low default fees, so a quiet chain can move small amounts without bidding for Bitcoin block space.
What this is not
- Not a claim that Bitcoin failed, or that FUC will replace it.
- Not a price, a listing, or an investment thesis.
- Not an account you open on this site.
Bitcoin became money the world could institutionalize.
BITFUC is for people who still want to run the cash machine themselves.
